Findings: This bag is a great multi tasker. It travels well on airplanes and plays well in the backcountry. It is also easy on the old pocket book. I used it on a pulk sled with much success. The compression straps on the top can be used to secure additional items to the top of the bag as well. Very handy! The material is strong, flexible and should hold up well. I actually hauled out some firewood in it and didn’t tear it at all. It isn’t water proof or resistant, so caution for use in wet environments. The small storage sack that Eagle Creek touts as a shoe bag is great for organizing the gear room.
